There are a two quite steep hills on the outward leg, towards Barrow, so on the day you will need to bring your climbing legs and use those lower gears.
Lunch will be at Bluebell Cafe and after lunch, the ride returns via Mickle Trafford and Picton Rd. Dunkirk, Capenhurst Hooton
