The ride starts at the Red Rooms Cafe in Arrowe Park
The outward route out is fairly flat along the centre of the Wirral; Barnston, Thornton Hough, Willaston, and Capenhurst. Once through the six gates the route turns right towards Saughall, and Blacon before crossing the River Dee at Saltney Ferry bridge, finishing with Bretton and Higher Kinnerton.
The return route is a steady climb out of Kinnerton and a hefty lump going up into Hawarden, over the boards at Burton Marshes and then through Neston to Heswall.
