Grade C 34.5 miles total back to Thornton Hough, 29.5 miles to lunch at Net’s Cafe, Burton, nearly all on good surfaces but short sections (Missing Link and Marsh Path) may be mucky.
Route: Thornton Hough, Raby Mere, Hooton Station, Capenhurst, Dunkirk, Woodbank Lane, Joining Greenway at the Dragon Bridge as far as Blacon then joining the Dee Path at Higher Ferry exiting at Hawarden Bridge and over the Marsh Path to Net’s. For those wishing to return to Thornton Hough the route will be via Leighton Road and the The Runnel.
