This a grade C ride of 41 miles total from Bromborough station to Walk Mill, Waverton, Cheshire. It is mainly on quiet roads/ lanes. There are a few hills (678 ft of ascent).
The route will go via Brookhurst Ave, Eastham Rake, Willaston, Missing Link, Capenhurst, A52117 cycle path, Little Stanney, Stoak, Croughton, Chester Zoo, Mickle Trafford, Guilden Sutton, Belle Vue Lane, Littleton, Christleton, Waverton, Crocky Tail and to Walk Mill. Lunch there and we can view the working of this re-built/ modern water mill. Back via Tarvin, Barrowmore, Dunham on the Hill, Thornton le Moors, Ellesmere Port, and Bromborough
Lunch will be at Walk Mill
The route returns to the start, but we will goes via Ellesmere Port Station for anyone wanting an early train ride.
